After 26 years of a life sentence for the rape and murder of a Jewish girl in 1982, bedouin Kamal Subhi contacts Ariel Livneh, a retired secret services agent and criminologist, asking him to re-open his file. Ariel dives in, wipes the dust off of old documents, digs through archives, makes notes, locates police officers, and exaimes every detail, leading him after 3 years to appeal for Kamal’s release.
