The Seven Circles of the Public Housing Hell

Directed by: Doron Tzabary

Public housing is a basic need for the weakest in society for survival, but in Israel hundreds of thousands of public housing apartments are missing, the result of a deliberate policy of the Israeli government. The film explores the most neglected in Israel, giving a face and voice to the homeless. They all tell the truth nobody wants to hear, and this film draws a dark and painful portrait of a country that seems to have forgotten the basic principles of fairness, justice and honor to its citizens that need them the most.
