A moving film about 3 at risk teenagers in the “Transition Apartments project” in Jerusalem. Rich Schneor and Hazan are living together in one apartment and are struggling to maintain normal life and keep off the streets. Their Fears and their Dreams are interwoven in the film via personal stories and documentary situations which document the life of lost heroes who wish and want a home and are living it “Day by Day “.
