Ora, a 58-year-old divorced woman, lives together with her 33-year-old only son, Daniel, who has been diagnosed with mental illness. After a period of time during which Daniel refuses to take medication and to be treated, his mental condition deteriorates rapidly. When Ora understands that her last chance to live a normal life is fading away, she realizes that she must do something drastic to change her situation.
