How will I receive access to the film and Q+A after purchasing a ticket?
You will receive an email with links and instructions to access the film. If you purchase your ticket before June 7, links to the Q+A and the film will be sent out on June 7 by 7 PM EDT (excluding Opening Night Peaches and Cream which will be sent out at 8:30PM EDT on June 6).
If you purchase your ticket after June 7, 7PM EDT the links for the film and Q+A will be in your confirmation email from Eventbrite.

Will there be a Q+A with filmmakers after the films?
There will be a live moderated Q+A with filmmakers via Zoom (separate access link from film) on these scheduled dates and times. Audiences will be able to submit questions to panelists during the live Q+A. Recorded versions of the Q+A will be available as well on our YouTube channel the following day.

Are the virtual screenings available to users located outside the US?
No. Due to screening rights restrictions, streamed films and conversations will only be accessible to people located within the US territories.

I won’t be able to watch the film or join live Q+As during the festival dates.
Is there a way for me to still watch the film?

No, the films will be available only June 7-14 (excluding Peaches and Cream). Q+As, however, will be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel.

Can I share the screening link with others?
No. Links to films are only for the personal viewing of the individual who purchased a ticket. You may not forward or share the link with others.

Will tickets be available for purchase throughout the week of the festival?
Yes. For most events, tickets will be available between June 7-14. There are a limited amount of tickets available for each event. Ticket sales will close on June 14 at 7PM EDT.

How to use Zoom for live Q+As:

Joining a Zoom Q+A:
Q+As will take place via Zoom. We recommend downloading the Zoom app in advance onto your computer or smartphone. You can create an account to log-in, but it is not a requirement.

At the scheduled start time, click on the access link sent via email, enter your email address and full name, and the conversation will automatically start once all panelists are ready. Conversations will become live on the scheduled Q&A start time.

Once joining the conversation, you have the option to turn on your camera to be visible to audience and panelists. Microphones will remain muted unless opened by admin for you to ask a question.

Asking questions during Q&A
Questions to panelists can be submitted throughout the Q&A by typing them in the Chat feature on Zoom. The moderator will choose which questions to direct to the panelists based on relevance and time restrictions. We do not guarantee all questions will be answered, or the order in which they are answered.

If your questions is picked – you will be notified via the Zoom Chat by the festival producer. When it is your turn to ask a question – the moderator will call your name, and your mic will be un-muted for you to ask your question live. If you do not want to ask your question live, please mention when submitting it in the chat for the moderator to read it out.

Please only submit one question, and keep questions short and concise.

Q+A etiquette:
Please engage respectfully. Any inappropriate or offensive conduct or comments during the Q&A may cause you to be removed from the Q&A session by our system administrator.
