Moshe Rosenthal is an accomplished Israeli filmmaker who writes and directs feature films and television. He is a graduate of the Steve Tisch School of Film and
Television. His debut film Karaoke premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and won Best Debut Film Award and Audience Award at the Jerusalem Film Festival and was nominated for 14 Israeli Academy Awards, winning 4 awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Actress. The film also won Best Screenplay and Best Director awards at the Raindance film festival, participated in more than 100 international film festivals, was distributed in the US by Greenwich Entertainment, and was optioned for remakes in several countries. His second feature, Tell Me Everything, a French-Israeli-British co-production, made its world premiere in the international competition at the Sundance Film Festival 2026. The project also participated in the International Jerusalem Film Lab and won the Jury award. His short Shabbaton (18 min, 2016), won him the Best Director Award at Jerusalem FF and the Best Short at Zlin FF. His short, Our Way Back (26 min, 2018) was screened at BFI FF and was nominated for the Israeli Academy Award 2018. His web series Confess won several awards, including the Grand Prix Award and Best Screenplay Award at the Marseille Web Fest and Best Director Award at the 2017 Sicily Web Fest.
